Turkey Meatloaf with a Mexican Flair

INGREDIENTS:
1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper (variation: use poblano peppers)
1 package taco seasoning mix (variation: hot taco seasoning mix)
PREPARATION:
Combine ingredients, reserving 1 cup tomato sauce. Spread mixture into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Heat reserved tomato sauce and serve with meatloaf. (290 calories per serving.) Serve with homemade mashed potatos and steamed broccoli. Serves 6.
